Palma Sola Bay Club is a luxury, gated condominium community located in unincorporated Manatee County, Florida. Our non-age restricted, Key West-style community consists of 207 two-to-three-bedroom units spread across 23 buildings containing 9 units each. Occupancy of the initial building phase began in 2014 and the final phase was completed in 2024. Buildings have elevator access and are enhanced by manicured lawns, palm trees and lush plants. Many of the units have gorgeous water views of Palma Sola Bay and/or one of several lakes present on property. The thoughtfully designed units, ranging from 1657-1857 square feet, each have open-floor plans, private balconies, 2 covered parking spaces, a dedicated storage area, and access to resort-style amenities. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed at our private waterfront observation deck or when relaxing by the fire pit and heated pool. Residents also enjoy wildlife sightings and nature, easy walking paths, planned social events, an on-site dog park, private kayak launch, and living within a close-knit community of friendly neighbors.

Location:
Palma Sola Bay Club is located off 75th Street, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road in Northwest Bradenton. Residents can walk to shops, restaurants, houses of worship or take an easy bike or car ride to Anna Maria Island, beautiful beaches, golf courses, pickleball courts/recreational facilities, nature preserves, and more. We are also conveniently located to several hospitals, various healthcare providers, supermarkets, big-box stores and an array of shops. Residents can also access all that the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa Bay areas have to offer, such as fine dining, water sports, nightlife, performing arts, museums, universities, professional sports, and botanical gardens.

Management:
Palma Sola Bay Club is managed presently by Castle Management. Our community has a full-time, on-site professional property manager and a full-time maintenance supervisor, also on-site. Both individuals are provided through the management company. The Palma Sola Bay Club Board of Directors consists of five volunteer members who are owners voted in for 1–2-year terms. Board meetings are held monthly and are open to all owners. Owners may also choose to join one or more of our many volunteer committees that enhance our community and help it to run smoothly.

Common Charges:
There is no CDD fee. Owners pay monthly common charges which include, but are not limited to, the following benefits:

Weekly garbage and recycling collection (Thursdays)
County water and sewer
TV and internet, presently through Bluestream Fiber
Funding of reserves
Maintenance of building exteriors, landscaping, and common areas
Pest control
