Descriptions:

Directory – Purpose is to provide a comprehensive and easy-to-use listing of all residents. Our long-standing resident Directory is a grass roots effort to maintain a useful means for residents to contact each other. The Directory is not an official Association document. Official records are maintained by Property Management.

Google Group – Purpose is to provide a platform for any resident to easily communicate with all residents via email. This is a grass roots email list that allows residents to collaborate with each other. Popular uses of the group include tracking down miss-delivered packages. Asking questions or making comments related to our condo community are also popular. Users may unsubscribe at any time.

Access/Surveillance Committee – Purpose is to improve the safety of our residents.

Elevators Committee – Purpose is to assist Property Management and work with our elevator maintenance company to reduce elevator down-time.

EV Charging Implementation Committee – Purpose is to facilitate the transition to electric vehicle charging as resident demand for Evs increases.

Facilities Committee – Purpose is to assist Property Management in the planning and efficient implementation of facilities maintenance and improvements.

Finance Committee – Purpose is to closely monitor the finances of the Association and make recommendations to the Board related to financial outlooks or constraints.

Landscape Committee – Purpose is to implement projects that restore and enhance the appearance of our campus using Florida-friendly plants and trees.

Orientation/Welcome Committee – Purpose is to meet, greet, and provide condominium orientation to our new resident neighbors.

Social Committee – Purpose is to arrange social events to afford fun opportunities for neighbors to mingle and build community.

Technology Committee – Purpose is to implement tech projects that enhance resident services.

Building Captains – Purpose is to have at least one resident per building who serves as the eyes-and-ears of their building, and assists on matters that may be building-specific.
