Most condominium associations have welcome material for new, perspective owners. Important information regarding the purchase, orientation, move in process is often presented. Important information new owners need regarding the Post Office, Grocery stores, essential services, etc. are welcome items many of us never received. A process is important, but the deliverables are need to fulfill the process.
